Conventions are the flagship. They're where Mythos begins, because they're where so many fandoms gather. But it doesn't stop there. Mythos reaches into cosplay meetups, creator appearances, gaming events, hobby groups, fan gatherings, and more, with new kinds of experiences over time.

Those are general-purpose, and social feeds are built to keep you scrolling. Mythos is built for fandom, and for actually showing up. No feed, no ads. It understands conventions, cosplayers, creators, and communities, and brings everything you follow into one place instead of a dozen scattered servers and event pages.

Privacy is built in, not bolted on. Your attendance, plans, and profile are private by default, and you choose what to share and with whom. We collect only what we need to run Mythos, and we never sell your personal data. Behind the scenes, people only ever see what you've allowed, and we keep records of sensitive and moderation actions so decisions stay accountable.

Safety is designed in. You control your visibility, blocking and reporting are built in, and there's no algorithm rewarding pile-ons. We take extra care around younger members, and moderation actions are recorded so decisions stay accountable.

A very small team. Honestly, mostly one very determined person right now, building Mythos because we love conventions and got tired of missing the good stuff. We're doing it carefully, in the open, and we're genuinely glad you're here this early.

The core experience, discovering things to do and seeing who's going, is free. We're still working out the details of any optional extras, and we'll share them well before launch.
